MAIN TASKS

  • Grow project business through direct specification with owners and designers and working closely with dealers.
  • Active management of CRM pipelines.
  • Develop strategic relationship with Key Developer Accounts to ensure high specification rate
  • Provide dealers with good solution and technical support
  • Updated knowledge on general market trends, prices and competitor prices

PROFILE

  • Minimum Diploma
  • High proficiency in local language, written and spoken
  • Good communication skills in English, written and spoken
  • Willing to travel within the dedicated region
  • Strong contact networks in building materials and construction industry
  • Proven sales track record
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated and highly driven
