MAIN TASKS
- Grow project business through direct specification with owners and designers and working closely with dealers.
- Active management of CRM pipelines.
- Develop strategic relationship with Key Developer Accounts to ensure high specification rate
- Provide dealers with good solution and technical support
- Updated knowledge on general market trends, prices and competitor prices
PROFILE
- Minimum Diploma
- High proficiency in local language, written and spoken
- Good communication skills in English, written and spoken
- Willing to travel within the dedicated region
- Strong contact networks in building materials and construction industry
- Proven sales track record
- Team player
- Self-motivated and highly driven
