Education and Experience

Required:
  • A Bachelor's Degree from a College or University.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience.
  • A proven track record of creating sales plans, understanding sales policies, and budget management.
  • Over 5 years of experience in recruiting top-tier talent.
  • Extensive experience in developing and nurturing customer relationships.
Preferred:
  • Direct industry experience is a plus.

Language Skills:
  • Exceptional writing skills for reports, correspondence, and electronic communication.
  • A talent for conveying information effectively to employees, direct reports, and senior management.

  • A knack for ensuring data accuracy and interpreting reports.

1. Empowering Growth (20%)
a. Assemble your dream team by recruiting, nurturing, and motivating exceptional talent.
b. Set the stage for your team's triumph by defining departmental objectives.
c. Shape future leaders by mentoring and guiding your regional sales stars.
d. Play a pivotal role in the Management Review process, driving excellence throughout the organization.
e. Lead our Residential Sales function to unparalleled success.
f. Manage and steer the department's budget to maximize impact.

2. Region Reinvented (20%)
a. Evaluate the contributions of our sales representatives and oversee their growth.
b. Foster the development and training of your sales dream team.
c. Plan for the future by grooming successors within your team.
d. Cultivate direct relationships with key customers to surpass regional sales targets.
e. Communicate game-changing insights with the Senior VP of Sales.

3. Sales Strategy (10%)
a. Be a key player in crafting the annual sales budget for your region.
b. Set clear objectives and guide your sales representatives and direct reports to success.
c. Develop targeted approaches for large customers and design bespoke programs.
d. Champion project tracking to harness new construction sales potential.
e. Drive our company's sales campaigns and lead by example.

b. Collaborate in engaging customer meetings with your sales representatives and direct reports.

a. Innovate the way we present and promote our products in diverse sales channels.

d. Dive into the world of modular sales by targeting manufacturers, contractors, ADU builders, architects, and developers.
e. Manage and support the sales team's modular project pipeline.
