MAIN TASKS
- Grow project business with dealers either from the direct specifications done by Geberit with decision makers or via dealers' connections.
- Active Management of CRM Project Pipeline to ensure maximum market coverage, specifications and win-rate.
- Develop strategic relationship with Key Developer, Arch and ID Accounts to ensure high specifications rate and grow project business.
- Provide distributors/dealers with good solutions and technical support in order to secure projects.
- Form alliance with sanitary partners to tap into their network and develop competitive packages.
- Updated knowledge on general market trends, prices and competitor activities.
- Diligently visit dealers/developers/architects/designers regularly to maintain good relationship and find new sales opportunities.
- Effective use of CRM to manage customer accounts and time allocation.
PROFILE
- Degree holder
- Strong background in sanitary/piping building material industry, minimum 10 years of experience in this industry
- Self-motivated and highly driven
- Ability to approach higher management levels - developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers and contractors
- Has local network and connection
- Professional English skills, excellent communication skills on all levels
