Customer Care Advisor

MAIN TASKS

You will be responsible for assisting our customers by phone, email and online with product queries, providing a triage function with first pass resolution wherever possible. 

You will take full ownership of an account list to ensure that orders are processed to a high degree of accuracy, any issues are identified and resolved and the customer is supported throughout.

You'll drive a customer focused approach across all activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the Customer Support Team is a centre of excellence.

PROFILE

Do you have experience in customer facing roles, with proven communication skills? Are you obsessed with delivering great customer service? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment?
