Technical Aftersales Administrator (4 month FTC)

MAIN TASKS

You'll be a vital part of the support team dealing with invoicing and product support requests and will be a key point of contact for customers and field service engineers on a wide range of administrative requests.

You'll be responsible for updating CRM records and ensuring that customer invoices are actioned within SLA's and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll ensure that the internal quality processes are adhered to and contribute to process optimisation.

PROFILE

Do you have experience working within a customer service environment? Do you have experience of providing technical/aftersales support? Are you driven by providing the best possible service to customers?
