MAIN TASKS/工作职责

  • Secure supplier performance in terms of delivery time and quality requirements.
  • Support Lead Buyers in price negotiations
  • Actively advise CPU, Lead Buyers and IPD Project Teams in establishing sourcing strategy for assigned categories and product lines. Attend and support projects to achieve sourcing target.
  • Maintain & improve communication & collaboration between Lead Buyers, plants sourcing organization & functions.
  • Develop suppliers to direction of full quality & lean production in supplier site management.
  • Support Group visitors.
  • Other tasks assigned by local Manager or by CPU.
  • REQUIREMENTS/任职要求

    Bachelor degree or above, Electrical engineering and Mechanical Engineering related major.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese.
  • Solid SAP& MRP knowledge and skill
  • Strong lean knowledge (5S, TQC etc.) and electrical components knowledge.
  • 5+ years working experience in the multinational companies. Experience in electronics, elctro-mechanical components purchasing are preferred.
