MAIN TASKS

The mission of the position: To manage all marketing-related issues, activities, and initiatives to support the company's salesforce and sales process in reaching the company's key sales objectives and performance indicators in Ukraine and the Belarus Republic. To propose and implement the marketing strategy oriented on brand awareness, customers engagement, and retention.

Scope of responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all marketing-related initiatives and complementary activities including but not limited to promotion through events, POS materials, and messages via digital channels. Accountable for the success and effectiveness of marketing activities in Ukraine and Belarus.
2. Ownership of all aspects related to marketing of all products, including but not limited to competitor analysis, market analysis, positioning, promotional campaigns across all product ranges, etc.
3. Our Head of Marketing is expected to support and enable profitable growth of the sales through demand stimulation across a variety of channels and segments. Accountable for the creation of communication links between the company and customers through introducing proper messages and brand awareness improvement.
4. Responsible for marketing budget and annual phasing of marketing costs and expenses forecast.
5. Our Head of Marketing will care about Geberit company brand through the development of the key messages, market and customer segmentation, and general Marketing and Communication activities of the company, as well as establish proper cooperation and communication with internal and external customers based on integrity, demeanor, candor, and client-orientation, whilst holding the interest of Geberit first.
6. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Marketing department and the supervision of the marketing team (4 subordinates).

PROFILE

1) Professional knowledge:
  • MA in marketing, economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing processes ownership.
  • General Business acumen and understanding of financial issues.
  • Commercial understanding (pricing, profits, margins, etc).
  • Ability to discern and understand customer needs.
  • English command: Upper-Intermediate+.

2) Working methodology:
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills (ability to prioritize effectively).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, general literacy.
  • Ability to work in a team and deliver time-sensitive activity plans requiring the coordination of various team members and departments.
