Sales Manager in Indonesia, Jakarta


  • Secure profitable sales with the defined products portfolio in projects and retail.
  • Develop new customers, projects and opportunities to grow new business, sales and market coverage based on strategic plan.
  • Drive the sales process from start to finish through 360 degree project support that defines a clear path to clients' satisfaction and to maximize sales, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Go through specification with decision makers and channel partners to ensure high specifications rate and growth in project business.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) system to its full extend to manage customer relationships, project sales funnels and and keep the system data updated at all times.
  • Support and execute marketing events and promotion activities to building brand and product awareness in the market as per marketing plan.


  • Degree or Diploma
  • minimum 3 years of sales experience in sanitary or piping or building material industry is a MUST.
  • Good knowledge of developers, designers, architects contacts.
  • Willing to work as a team
  • Self-motivated and highly driven
  • Good English skills written and verbal
  • Willing to travel within the dedicated region
  • Travel capacity up to 20%
