Technical Sales Engineer in Indonesia, Jakarta


  • Project acquisition through MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) consultants and liaise with the sales team on solving technical issues and to ensure design intents are met.
  • Liaise with sales team and distributor to drive the project execution process from start to finish through 360 degree project support that defines a clear path to clients' satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Understand the project's requirement and liaise with Design Hub to set work priority and to ensure the design is optimized. Also act as point of backup on preliminary and ProPlanner design.
  • Prepare and conduct technical presentation to customers, MEP consultants, main contractors and subcontractors through training and seminars.
  • Perform market assessment to understand market situation, trends, customers changing technical requirement and needs. And to recommend improved or upgraded assortment of products in the market.
  • Provide internal and distributor training to build the country's technical know-how on product, design and installation. Provide train-the-trainer training to distributors and conduct installers' training.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) system to its full extend to document all customers' visits, training and site visit activities.


  • Engineering diploma/degree
  • Dotted line reporting to country Head of Sales
  • More than 3 years in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing field is a MUST
  • MS office, autocad/revit application knowledge
  • Good English skills written and verbal
