OUR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Your employment at Geberit starts with a 6-month introduction program in our Swedish sales organization in our headquarter in Bromölla, Skåne. During this time, you will get a deep introduction in our culture, philosophy, our targets, and products. After your local introduction in Sweden, you will get to contribute to our development on Nordic level for 3 months.
In the next phase in the introduction, you will be a part of one of our teams in corporate level in Switzerland. During this time, you will familiarize yourself with our strategic projects and Business Development in close cooperation with experienced specialists and managers.
You will, after 1,5 years into the program, take on extensive and challenging projects and get individual coaching in your leadership. You will from day one have an impact and responsibility by the projects assigned to you.
When you have completed the program will you continue your assignments, in a leading position, to operate and develop our Swedish sales business in Sweden.

EDUCATION AND PREVIOUS EXPIRIENCES
- You have a BSc or MSc degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar fields.
- A technical background and a strong affinity for Sales & Marketing would be an advantage
- Knowledge in Project management and business intelligence
- Practical experience in Sales would be beneficial.
Fluent English and Swedish language skills is a requirement.
Permanent work permit within the EU and/or Switzerland or equivalent citizenship.
