PURPOSE OF POSITION

We are looking for a Process Engineer – Methods & Time Studies to join our GPS Department.

Your main mission will be process optimization through continuous development and application of “Geberit Production System” (GPS) principles, ensuring robust production processes, considering GPS, Work Study and Lean tools, as defining work standards by describing/verifying work methods and providing standard times. 

You will play a key role in optimizing industrial performance and supporting continuous improvement across operations.

MAIN TASKS

•    Improve productivity by applying GPS principles, Work Study and Geberit quality standards
•    Prepare work instruction standard based on standard operative methods 
•    Perform time studies and provide standard times for the work processes 
•    Collaborate with other departments to implement new products and processes 
•    Collaborate with other departments in creating and managing routings 
•    Prepare productivity calculations, analysis and projects for the Productivity Plan 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

•    Basic technical/industrial engineering education 
•    Professional experience in technical/mechanical/industrial engineering
•    Structured and goal- oriented approach
•    Systematic and solution- oriented thinking 
•    Completion of productivity course and/or REFA-based certifications is a plus

•    Strong communication and teamwork skills
•    Knowledge of MS Office; SAP business software knowledge is a plus
•    Intermediate level of written and spoken English
