GEBERIT IN EKENÄS

Geberit's modern and automated factory located in Ekenäs manufactures bathroom ceramics 24/7 with the help of robots, high automation, and nearly 200 skilled workers under brands such as IDO, Ifö, Porsgrund, and Geberit. Our factory is located in the charming town of Ekenäs, within walking distance of the town center.

The internship programme is designed to offer newly graduated students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, expand their professional network and confidently take a first step into the working world. The position can be a Process Engineer, depending on the role needed. The duration of the programme is 3-6 months, based on role and project needed. The commitment can be both full-time or part-time, based on availability and agreement.

PROFILE

We are looking for recent graduates, within the past 12 months, from a recognised university or a university of applied sciences. You have willingness to learn, contribute and grow in a collaborative environment. Good communication skills and a proactive mindset is also important.

As a trainee you can expect to get a structured onboarding and orientation, as well as an assigned supervisor and mentor. You will get to participate in real projects with measurable impact, you will have access to internal training and learning sessions, networking with colleagues and external partners. You will receive regular feedback and a final evaluation.
