PURPOSE OF POSITION

Geberit´s "Operational Development Program" develops you as an individual in leadership through exciting projects and contributes step by step to your personal development. Grow with us at Geberit in the ceramic sanitary ware production market. Take part in our value-based knowledge in efficiency, Lean and process-oriented environment in production for four years in Europe and then return to our production facility in southern Finland, Ekenäs, to continue in a leading position and develop both yourself and together with us.

OUR OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Your employment at Geberit begins with a three-month introduction program in our Finnish production organisation in Ekenäs. During this time, you will get insights in our culture, philosophy, systems and our process. After your local introduction in Finland, you will contribute your development on European level for a total period of four years (two plus two), which starts at one of our European production facilities for two years. You will lead projects with close support from experienced specialists and managers. You will be able to influence through the responsibilities and projects you are assigned to in the program. During the next two years, you will have the opportunity to serve at another production facility in Europe. You will then work with challenging projects and receive individual training in your leadership both through internal leadership programs and at an international level. After completing the program, you will continue in a leading position, to develop our production in southern Finland, Ekenäs.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

You have a BSc or MSc degree or equivalent education towards engineering or other similar fields, for example in Industrial Economics, Mechanical- or Physical Chemistry Engineering. Knowledge of project management and Lean methods as well as practical experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage. You need to have a permanent work permit within the EU and/or Switzerland or corresponding citizenship. Fluent language skills in English is a requirement.
