PURPOSE OF POSITION

Product Supervisor supports the Product Management Department in achieving commercial and technical goals by managing assigned IFS/BAS product groups, providing technical expertise, and contributing to market development activities. This role acts as a key link between product development, sales, marketing, and after-sales services.

MAIN TASKS

•    Manage the technical and commercial aspects of IFS/BAS product groups.
•    Provide technical support to the sales team and customers (delaer, professionals, site, etc.).
•    Ensure product documentation (manuals, price lists, technical sheets) is accurate and up to date.
•    Coordinate with Geberit Group Product Management for advanced technical information.
•    Identify customer needs and propose tailored product/campaign solutions.
•    Support active sales efforts with technical presentations and solution packages.
•    Attend sales and dealer meetings to provide product insights and updates.
•    Collaborate with the Marketing Department on brochures, catalogues, and application techniques.
•    Organize and manage product installations and infrastructure for fairs and exhibitions.
•    Increase market awareness of Geberit products and report on campaign effectiveness.
•    Define and update product codes and prices in SAP, OMS, STEP and Online Catalogue.
•    Prepare technical documentation for exports and regulatory inspections.
•    Support After Sales Services with technical service information and documentation.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
•    3+ years of experience in product management, technical sales, or a similar role.
•    Advanced level of English (reading, writing, speaking)
•    Strong technical understanding of plumbing or construction-related products is a plus.
•    Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•    Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
