Technical Sales Engineer, Indonesia

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Technical Sales Engineer is jointly responsible for the development and the building up of his dedicated market(s). His technical and economical responsibility lays in the project business with a main focus on Drainage and Supply systems (DSS). The Geberit Technology penetration must be in the alignement with the strategic approach.

MAIN TASKS

  • Achieve a defined Sales target for the region and the dedicated market
  • Prepare and conduct technical presentation to customers, consultants, and main and subcontractors through training and seminars
  • Perform market assessment to understand market situation, trends, customers changing technical requirements and needs
  • Building up a network with MEP consultants and contractors. Liaise with the Head of Sales and Sales Manager for technical issues and to ensure design intents are met
  • Use of CRM to plan and document all project-related activities
  • Coordinate project designs with the design Hub in alignment with TDSI and the NSEA SOPs. Proactive to resolve project and product-related challenges

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

 Engineering diploma or degree (Mechanical / Architect)
