MAIN TASKS

In your role, you will share responsibility for the growth-oriented, high-quality product category of wall-mounted toilets. This includes the following activities in particular:

• Create market and competition analyses and derive the resulting requirements for the product range
• Act as the central interface for new developments in close cooperation with R&D, Production, Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth introduction and marketing
• Coordinate market requirements for the product program, respond to product- and portfolio-specific inquiries, and develop the basics for training and sales argumentation
• Work independently in cooperation with the product line manager and the product managers in our local companies

PROFILE

Sie bringen einen Abschluss als Ingenieur kombiniert mit BWL oder ein BWL-Studium mit einer technischen Ergänzung mit. Zudem zeichnen Sie folgende Eigenschaften und Fähigkeiten aus:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Produktmanagement
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
• Ergebnisorientierung, Initiative und Gestaltungsdrang
• Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
• Teamorientierung, Kommunikationskompetenz und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Europas
