Technical Service Support Engineer (Riyadh, KSA)

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Handle after sales service inquiries and being the link between the local market and the GRO Regional Product Management. Furthermore, organize and ensure the technical after sales for end users, contractors, and distributors specifically in KSA.

MAIN TASKS

•    Managing and providing after sales service to all the customers in KSA.
•    Be the coordination point for all after sales request in KSA and exchange specific quality cases with the GRO Regional Product Management in Dubai. 
•    Organize technical external trainings and ensure know how transfer to several key stakeholders (facility management & contracting companies).
•    Managing, maintaining, and updating country specific spare parts stocks.
•    Meeting facility management companies for potential renovation business.
•    Report back to Head of Product Management GRO country specific construction- and installation regulations and elaborate recommendations for product adaptations / changes.
•    Managing and maintaining Geberit installation tools (PL21 / PL22)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

•    Educated to degree level (engineering) or equivalent experience.
•    Knowledge and experience of Sanitary products
•    Good Technical capabilities
