MAIN TASKS

  • To deliver HK and Macau sales target in accordance to sales plan
  • Achieve annual revenue and profit targets through effective methods of consultative selling.
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to meet company targets on sales and profitability.
  • Secure distribution of Geberit products in the market and develop the distribution channels.
  • Establish sustainable business and cross sell to other product lines.
  • New market segment and to research on clients’ requirement and competitors’ products and pries (projects and commercial).
  • Give guidance to local sales staff through monitoring, planning, defining their targets and evaluate their performance.
  • Use CRM for all activities (client database, projects, showroom equipment and marketing activities)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

  • University degree or above
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in related industry
  • Ability to approach higher management levels – developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers, contractors
