MAIN TASKS
- To deliver HK and Macau sales target in accordance to sales plan
- Achieve annual revenue and profit targets through effective methods of consultative selling.
- Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to meet company targets on sales and profitability.
- Secure distribution of Geberit products in the market and develop the distribution channels.
- Establish sustainable business and cross sell to other product lines.
- New market segment and to research on clients’ requirement and competitors’ products and pries (projects and commercial).
- Give guidance to local sales staff through monitoring, planning, defining their targets and evaluate their performance.
- Use CRM for all activities (client database, projects, showroom equipment and marketing activities)
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- University degree or above
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in related industry
- Ability to approach higher management levels – developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers, contractors
