PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Project Sales Consultant is together with the Business Development Manager Bulgaria responsible for the development of market within his responsibilities. His function includes identification and implementation of business opportunities, development of project pipeline, preparing of value propositions for projects, project acquisition & sales, conduction of customer trainings, execution of Geberit pull activities.
MAIN TASKS
• Build up and maintain customer network - develop relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, investors and developer
• Develop project business to achieve annual sales budget - Track and follow up on projects at every stage from acquisition, design, sales and after-sales to maximize opportunities for product sales
• Project specification and acquiring in cooperation with distributors
• Realization of sales oriented, as well as technical trainings
• Ensure cooperation between trader, specifier and contractor where possible to protect Geberit specification, improve markets awareness and customer service whilst ensuring installation of Geberit products
• Build and maintain knowledge and awareness in the construction market, as well as monitoring competitor activities and developments
• Continued local market research and analysis to develop recommendations for the Bulgarien market approach
• Support of Regional Sales Manager in defining country specific product assortments
• Use of CRM for all sales activities (customer visits planning, contact reports, project information etc.)
• Work closely with Geberit partners to ensure smooth collaboration
• Support the marketing teams with campaigns and events
• Any other task that may be required of the job holder from time to time by management
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
• University degree
• Knowledge of building industry and/or plumbing/sanitary industry and experience in project specification
• Bulgarien and English fluent
• MS Office, CRM, CAD (Advantage)
• Personal working techniques

• Communication capacities (negotiating skills, capacity to establish interpersonal level)
• Personal capacities (flexibility, technical skills, appearance, trust worthy)
• Driving license
• more than 5 years working experience in plumbing/sanitary industry, relationships with developer, investors, contractors, consultants, and other building industry professionals
