Retail Sales Consultant Bulgaria
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Retail Sales professional, working in collaboration with the Head of the Bulgarian market, is responsible for handling both existing and prospective partners with the goal of expanding business opportunities and developing the Retail/ Wholesale segment.
MAIN TASKS
- Manage and support our retail sales partners within the respective region.
- Ensure the Geberit Retail Strategy implementation at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Manage and maintain Geberit brand and presence in retail partners’ showrooms. Responsible for the quality of exposition on POS level.
- Plan, organise and execute product and sales oriented trainings for retail sales partners and their representatives.
- Support the sales and marketing teams of the partners with campaigns, events, exhibitions and shows.
- Use of CRM for all sales related activities (customer data, contact reports, calendar, marketing, etc).
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Research market trends, competitor information and general industry movement and changes.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- University Degree
- Good English language knowledge
- MS Office, CRM
- Presentation & Training skills
- Effective time management
- 2–5 years of professional experience in a relevant industry will be considered as an advantage.
