Specification Manager IFS BAS

MAIN TASKS

As a Specification Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting and specifying our solutions within architectural projects. Your mission is to expand market presence, create demand, and support the sales organization with project-driven activities.

 

  • Build and strengthen long-term, trust-based relationships with architectural firms and key stakeholders through regular visits and presentations.
  • Ensure company products are specified in relevant projects and communicate opportunities effectively to sales and project teams.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects to maximize business potential.
  • Plan and deliver seminars, networking events, and social gatherings for architects in coordination with the marketing department.
  • Map and approach target architectural offices in key regions, collaborating with field sales and marketing teams to execute local activities.
  • Maintain a structured CRM pipeline, tracking account metrics, KPIs, and financial performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Leverage an established portfolio and in-depth understanding of market dynamics to drive strategic initiatives.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); Russian is a plus
  • At least 10 years of experience in similar roles within the building materials industry
  • Self-confident, solution-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative
  • Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Established network within architectural companies
  • Able to travel frequently and actively drive
  • For male candidates: military service must be completed
