Corporate Controller IT & Service (a) 80-100%

MAIN TASKS

As Corporate Controller IT & Service, you are responsible for a timely and high-quality planning and reporting. You advice and support as business partner the Head Global IT and his leadership team as well as the heads of local service companies in Switzerland. This includes the following activities:

 

  • Support/lead the annual budget processes, forecasts during the year and ongoing business reviews
  • Perform target vs. actual analyses and derive corresponding recommendations for action and measures to improve the efficiency and cost of service
  • Lead/support in various finance related projects in IT as well as further development of the information and KPI system
  • Execution, monitoring and improvement of the group internal IT cost recharging process 
  • Finance/controlling support for foreign service companies, implementation of ad-hoc analyses and recommendations for action
  • Group wide internal trainings of local service controllers

PROFILE

You have a degree in business/economics with a focus on finance/controlling as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in an international environment. Your skills and qualifications include:

 

  • Very strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of modern IT landscapes and processes.
  • Solution- and team-oriented working style coupled with excellent communication skills
  • Proactivity and the willingness to go the extra mile if needed
  • Languages: German & English (both on proficient level)
  • Tools: Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO, experience with BI and advanced analysis tools (e.g. SAP SAC) is an advantage, strong knowledge of Excel is expected
