DESCRIPTION

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, sustainability, and process improvements across our production environment. Your focus will be on analyzing workflows, optimizing material flows, and implementing Lean methodologies to enhance overall performance. In this role, you will lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that production processes align with the Geberit Production System (GPS 2.0). Additionally, you will contribute to maintenance strategies, and technological advancements to improve reliability and innovation in our operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lean & Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimizations to increase efficiency, safety, and sustainability, in alignment with Lean principles and the Geberit Production System (GPS 2.0).
• PDCA & Corrective Actions: Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions following the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology.
• Production Process Optimization: Analyze and improve material flows and work processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects related to process improvements, working closely with internal departments and external partners.
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Develop and implement TPM strategies, ensuring preventive and predictive maintenance measures are effective.
• Maintenance & Equipment Reliability: Ensure maintenance and servicing of machines, assembly lines, and equipment are performed according to schedule and standards. Support troubleshooting efforts when required.
• Technology & Innovation: Research new production technologies, assess their applicability, and support the implementation of relevant solutions.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Lean principles, PDCA, and process control.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes efficiently.
• Experience in production optimization and TPM. 
• Independent, goal-oriented and able to collaborate in international teams.
• MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
• English (B2 level) spoken and written.
